Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in design tools like Adobe Suite Canva, and Infographic creation. You will play a pivotal role in producing visually appealing graphics, branding materials, and digital content that align with the company's vision and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creativity:

• Create engaging visuals, infographics, and designs for both online and offline
• Develop branding materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, and business presentations.
• Design social media graphics, website banners, and email templates to enhance digital marketing efforts.

Collaboration & Strategy:

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all designs and platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative ideas and campaigns.

Tools & Software Utilization:

• Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant software to produce high-quality outputs.
• Leverage creativity to produce professional-grade infographics and visual storytelling for presentations and reports.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with design trends and incorporate them into campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Experience in infographic creation and social media graphic design is highly desirable

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Expertise in Canva and infographic creation tools.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Soft Skills:

• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
