Freelance Graphic Designer

to create visually compelling content that enhances our brand and showcases properties in the best light.

Responsibilities:

Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and property listings. Create engaging visuals for digital ads, websites, and email campaigns. Develop branding elements that align with our company's image and real estate market trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually appealing presentations and reports. Edit and enhance property images to ensure professional presentation. Stay updated with real estate marketing trends and design innovations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or related industries. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital designs. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects. Excellent attention to detail and creativity. Knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
