As a Graphic Designer at Vision Development, you will work closely with our creative team to design engaging visual content that communicates our brand's message and resonates with our audience. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of design materials, including but not limited to logos, digital ads, social media graphics, website visuals, print collateral, and more.

Responsibilities:

Design creative concepts for various digital and print media including advertisements, social media posts, email templates, brochures, banners, etc. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop cohesive brand messaging. Ensure all designs are aligned with company brand guidelines and industry best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technology. Edit and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders. Manage multiple design projects and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (minimum of [4] years). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing your design work across different mediums. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to new design trends and technologies. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred but not required).

Preferred Skills (optional):

Experience with web design or UX/UI principles. Animation or video editing skills (after effects, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with print production processes.
