Creative Link Design and Printing is looking for a talented

Graphic Designer

with a strong understanding of social media platforms. Our ideal candidate will not only have the technical skills to create stunning visual content but also a deep understanding of how design and branding translate across various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Design eye-catching and engaging visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.). Create graphics for digital ads, email campaigns, website banners, and social media posts that align with brand identity. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and ensure designs fit the tone, voice, and messaging of campaigns. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, graphic design techniques, and digital marketing best practices. Edit and optimize images for various digital formats and social media specifications. Ensure all creative assets meet the brand guidelines and are consistent across all platforms. Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your design work for social media. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant design tools. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for design on each platform. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus. A creative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:

Education

: Any Field. Previous experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the printing or design industry. Proficiency in

graphic design software

(Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is essential. Knowledge of printing processes and materials.

Skills

: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Language

: Malayalam speakers preferred.
