Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers, marketing team members, to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for business objectives and audiences.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Use industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant software to create and refine designs (no Canva).
• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print materials, branding, logo design, social media posts, brochures, presentations, proposal, websites, create videos and advertisements for each of our dynamic companies, ensuring consistency across all platforms and adapting to the unique styles of each company.
• Deliver high-quality designs that align with company goals and brand identity.
• Develop and execute creative concepts that meet strategic objectives.
• Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final delivery.
• Ensure all creative work is aligned with brand guidelines across 9 companies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Report directly to the Commercial Director.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Arabic Male Native speaker.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills Arabic &English.
• Internationally recognized Bachelor's design degree.
• 7+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio (is a must) showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Full mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Experience within the Middle East is preferred but not essential.
• Strong creative and conceptual skills with an excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
• Experience in web design, UX/UI, and multimedia design is a plus.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
