We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our technology solutions. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of concepts to craft designs that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation:
• Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials, including websites, presentations, social media, brochures, and advertisements.
• Design visually engaging content for IT solutions, software products, and technical documentation.
• Branding:
• Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements across all platforms and touchpoints.
• UI/UX Support:
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites and applications.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Content Collaboration:
• Work closely with the team to create graphics that complement written content.
• Translate complex IT concepts into easy-to-understand visuals for presentations and promotional materials.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and Figma or Sketch for UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end development basics is a plus.
• Understanding of IT industry concepts to translate technical information into engaging visuals.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
• Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.
