Job Description

• Conceptualize and design creative solutions for brochures, flyers, catalogues, company profiles, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure all designs align with the client's brand identity and guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients, account managers, and the marketing team to gather design requirements and project objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Use design elements to visually communicate key messages and engage target audiences effectively.
• Develop innovative layouts and designs that convey the desired message clearly and creatively.
• Prepare high-quality designs suitable for both digital and print formats.
• Ensure color accuracy, image resolution, and file formatting for professional printing and publication.
• Maintain and reinforce the visual identity of each client through cohesive design elements.
• Update and refine existing materials to ensure they remain current and impactful.
• Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to bring concepts to life.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and creative strategies.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to advertising and marketing.
• Incorporate industry trends into designs to keep materials fresh and appealing.
• Use graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software to create professional materials.
• Ensure proficiency in software updates and implement them in projects as needed.
• Revise designs based on feedback from clients or team members to meet specifications and expectations.
• Present design concepts and ensure client approval at various stages of the project.
• Review designs for errors or inconsistencies before submitting for approval or production.
• Ensure final deliverables are polished, professional, and of the highest quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
