Hiring for Graphic Designer in Dubai (Need candidates from Real Estate Developer only)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Real Estate

Development team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual

identity of our brand and projects. You will collaborate with marketing, development, and

sales teams to create compelling visuals that drive engagement and elevate our real

estate developments.

Key Responsibilities

oDesign and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, property

listings, digital ads, and email campaigns.

oDevelop and maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring that all materials

reflect the company's vision and the specific project requirements.

oCollaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create eye-catching visuals for

property launches, events, and promotions.

oManage website visuals and ensure all content is updated regularly with high-quality

images and infographics.

oDesign signage, billboards, and exhibition stands for real estate shows and promotional

events.

oProduce 2D and 3D mockups, presentations, and other visual materials for internal and

external stakeholders.

oStay up-to-date with design trends and real estate industry standards to ensure our

content is both innovative and competitive.

oEdit and enhance property images for promotional use.

oSupport digital marketing efforts by creating social media graphics, ads, and multimedia

content.

Requirements

oBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

o2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

oProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,

InDesign, etc.).

oStrong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, with an emphasis on real estate or

architecture.

oKnowledge of 3D rendering tools and experience creating property visualizations is a

plus.

oFamiliarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.

oExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

oStrong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• graphic designer: 2 years (Preferred)
• Real estate developer: 2 years (Preferred)
