We're seeking a talented individual who can handle both graphic design and content creation to bring our brand's vision to life.



We're looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our team. This role involves designing visually appealing graphics and creating engaging content for our social media platforms, especially Instagram. The ideal candidate has experience in creating content that is both informative and entertaining, with a focus on office products.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design:
• Design high-quality, eye-catching graphics for social media, website, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Create graphics and visuals that align with our brand's tone, maintaining a clean and professional look with a touch of humor.
• Produce engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and image posts with a consistent visual style.
• Content Creation:
• Develop creative, informative, and humorous content about our products (e.g., laser toners, copiers, office supplies) to drive audience engagement.
• Brainstorm content ideas that mix humor and education, targeting common office scenarios that relate to our product offerings.
• Write clear, engaging captions and short-form content for social media posts that align with Sham Tech's brand voice.
• Content Strategy & Scheduling:
• Plan and organize a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns, promotions, or events.
• Trend Monitoring & Optimization:
• Stay up-to-date on design and social media trends to keep Sham Tech's content fresh and engaging.
• Analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improving engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Content Creator, with a portfolio showcasing both design and social media content.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Strong skills in creating short-form video content, including experience with Reels and Stories.
• Excellent written communication skills, with a talent for creating fun, engaging captions.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, while being adaptable to feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the office supplies or B2B industry.
• Familiarity with social media platforms' trends and algorithms.
• Basic video editing skills for creating and optimizing social media videos.

Language:

• English fluent (Required)
• Arabic (Preferred)
• French (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

( 9am to 2pm & 4.30 to 8.30 pm )

Holidays : Sunday - Full Day & Saturday - Half Day

Location : Bur Dubai - Khalid Ibn Alwaleed Road

Compensation Package:

Salary: 2000AED.

Benefits: Employment Visa - One month paid holiday yearly - Flight ticket at the end of the contract.
