As the Web and social media Creative Lead, you will be responsible for crafting visually captivating web designs and managing our social media platforms to ensure a cohesive and engaging brand presence. You will work closely with various teams to deliver high-quality content and design solutions that align with our business goals and enhance our online visibility. Photography skills also required

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design and Development:

Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites and web pages.

Create and maintain responsive designs that work seamlessly across different devices and browsers.

Collaborate with developers and other team members to implement designs and ensure functionality.

Continuously improve website aesthetics and user experience based on feedback and performance metrics.

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to build and maintain our brand's online presence.

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive community and managing brand reputation.

Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.

Stay current with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience in web design and social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools.

Solid understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and engagement strategies.

Experience with web development principles, including HTML/CSS, is a plus.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
