• Conceptualize Visuals : Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the objectives of the project.
• Design Layouts : Create designs, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
• Use Digital Illustration, Photo Editing Software : Use digital illustration, photo-editing software, and layout software to create designs.
• Create Visual Elements : Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs.
• Prepare Rough Drafts : Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders.
• Review Final Layouts and Suggest Improvements : Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required.
• Ensure Brand Consistency : Ensure that the brand's guidelines are followed in all designs.
• Meet Deadlines : Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Collaborate with Team Members : Work closely with art directors, copywriters, and other designers to ensure designs align with project requirements.
• Stay Updated on Design Trends : Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs.

Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency : Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign,) Figma, Canva, Blender, etc.
• Creativity : Ability to come up with fresh and innovative ideas.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail : Ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
• Time Management : Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Teamwork : Ability to collaborate and work effectively with others.
• A keen eye for visual details.
• Aesthetic skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Portfolio showcasing previous work and projects.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
