Job Description

• Design high-quality brochures, flyers, postcards, and other print materials to showcase properties and promote company event
• Create engaging graphics for the company website, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
• Develop and maintain the company's visual identity, including logos, business cards, and signage.
• Design informative and visually appealing infographics to highlight key property features and market trends.
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos showcasing properties, including virtual tours, walkthroughs, and promotional videos
• Create short, engaging video content for social media platforms to attract potential buyers and renters.
• Capture and produce video content for company events, open houses, and property launches.
• Utilize video editing software to enhance footage, add effects, and ensure high production value.
• Capture professional property photos, including interior and exterior shots.
• Image Editing: Select, edit, and enhance photos to ensure they are visually appealing and accurately represent the properties
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field.

(preferably in the real estate or related industry)

• Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Final Cut Pro,Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Maya, 3ds Max).
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and video production, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
