Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: \xc2\xb7 Develop creative concepts and design visual assets for both digital and print media, including brochures, social media graphics, advertisements, packaging, and website elements. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content that supports marketing campaigns and promotional activities. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all designs align with the companys brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials. \xc2\xb7 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques and tools. Photography: \xc2\xb7 Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photographs for use in marketing materials, social media, websites, and other digital platforms. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring the photographs align with the brands visual identity. \xc2\xb7 Perform photo retouching and enhancement using photo editing software. \xc2\xb7 Maintain and organize a digital library of images for easy access and use. \xc2\xb7 Manage photography equipment and ensure it is in good working condition. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and photography work. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). \xc2\xb7 Experience in photography equipment and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop). \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. \xc2\xb7 Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
