Each Rixos property presents a unique experience inspired by local culture, global influences, and our Turkish heritage, all within a setting of unparalleled luxury.ROLE: Graphic DesignerROLE DEFINITION: The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Regional Brand Team and Hotel Marketing Manager to conceptualise, create and complete designs/artwork, delivering the highest quality work, whilst meeting tight deadlines.MAIN DUTIES:Developing and delivering high-quality graphic design for print and digital channels.Adapt creative concepts for different materials, mediums and channels, while remaining consistent with Rixos Hotels brand guidelines/standards as well as the specific brand positioning for the hotel.The conceptualisation, art direction and design of artwork/collateral, including; brochures, factsheets, EDMs, website content, motion graphics, social posts, menus, display ads, signage, screen displays, and all other marketing collateral.Maintain up to date knowledge of both design and hospitality software, technologies, trends and updates.Liaise with printers, suppliers and production companies to ensure accuracy and high quality printed materials.Work closely with the brand team and other graphic designers to conceptualise ideas and execute accordingly.Ensure all artwork is submitted within a given deadline.Support the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.Support all departments with design requests and execution within a given deadline.QualificationsAbility to work at a fast pace.Experience with hospitality/F&B design is preferred.Ability to adapt style and technique to align with the different properties.Expert in Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with project management software, such as Trello.
