Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires a creative thinker who can design compelling visuals and execute effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
Create eye-catching graphics and visuals for various marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements, email campaigns, website content, and printed materials.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and brand aesthetic across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Ensure all design projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience 5 years working as a graphic designer and digital marketer,
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
