We are seeking a talented individual who can effectively combine graphic design skills with expertise in digital marketing strategies. As a Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engage our target audience. This role requires a strong creative eye, excellent design skills, and a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:Develop visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, infographics, and print collateral.
Use industry-standard design software to create high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives.
Digital Marketing:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions.
Conduct market research and analyze target audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences to inform digital marketing campaigns.
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor performance metrics to optimize social media presence.
Plan and implement email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing compelling copy, and analyzing campaign performance.
Optimize website design and content to improve user experience, search engine rankings, and conversion rates.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to recommend innovative strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Effectively communicate design concepts, marketing strategies, and campaign results to stakeholders.
Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers or advertising agencies, to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and creative problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
