Leave: 22 days a year (selected around training course dates) plus UAE national holidays. Overview: We are seeking a talented PowerPoint guru and a designer to administrate the graphic design of the company. You will be responsible for creating impactful and engaging presentations that effectively communicate course content and training materials. You will collaborate closely with instructors and subject matter experts to transform concepts into compelling visual narratives that captivate and inspire learners. The ideal candidate will also be prepared and willing to handle administrative tasks and support all logistical aspects of multiple training courses and associated exercises. Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with instructors and subject matter experts to understand course objectives and content requirements.
Design and develop visually appealing and interactive PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key concepts and learning objectives.
Incorporate multimedia elements, such as images, videos, and animations, to enhance engagement and retention among learners.
Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and design elements across all training materials.
Provide guidance and support to instructors on effective presentation techniques and best practices for using PowerPoint in the classroom.
Assist trainers in preparing presentations by organizing, editing, and formatting slides.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during training sessions, as needed.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in presentation design and multimedia integration to continuously improve training materials.
Develop design concepts, graphics, templates, layouts, logos, and other collateral required by the business units for training illustrations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and presentations for training programs.
Efficiently organize and manage design files, data, documents, and other records with SharePoint.
Maintain inventory of design materials and supplies, and reorder as necessary.
Provide general administrative support to the logistics team.
Qualifications Essential
Writing (excellent English spelling and grammar) and proof-reading
Excellence in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced features such as animations, transitions, and multimedia integration
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Must have experience with graphic design software - Adobe Creative Suite for Illustrator and Photoshop, Canva or similar
Creative and innovative
Savage attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Expertise in rapid editing
Preferred
Proven experience as a PowerPoint specialist, presentation designer, or similar role, preferably in an educational or training environment.
Maintaining best practice filing systems - ideally using SharePoint
Video editing experience
Experience in instructional design is a plus
Experience with photography and videography
Degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
