RE One Properties is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Content Writer to join our innovative real estate company in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling marketing materials that enhance our brand identity and attract potential clients. This role requires a keen eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials for events, advertisements, and digital platforms.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos for use in marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and software to ensure innovative and modern designs.

Content Writing:

• Write engaging and persuasive content for the company's website, blog, social media channels, and email newsletters.
• Develop compelling property descriptions and promotional copy for listings.
• Create content that aligns with SEO best practices to improve online visibility and search rankings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that support marketing campaigns.
• Edit and proofread all written content to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Social Media Management:

• Assist in managing the company's social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to inform content strategy.
• Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.

Marketing Support:

• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in organizing and promoting company events, such as open houses and property showcases.
• Support the creation of presentations and proposals for client meetings and business development.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the marketing team, real estate agents, and other departments to understand their needs and provide creative solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deadlines.
• Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and content writing.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published content.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
