Aspris Healthcare operates state-of-the-art Wellbeing Centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, offering tailored mental health services for both adults and children. Their diverse team of professionals specialises in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, stress, and more. Aspris is committed to providing high-quality, individualized care in a confidential and supportive environment.

We need a designer who can bring ideas to life through stunning visuals and engaging video content. This role is perfect for someone who understands brand aesthetics, social media trends, and video production. You will collaborate with our marketing team to create high-quality content that enhances our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and marketing materials using Canva and Photoshop. Social Media Content: Design engaging posts, carousels, and stories for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Video Production: Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos for social media, including reels, interviews for YouTube, and promotional clips. Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals and videos align with Aspris's brand identity. Creative Strategy: Brainstorm and execute new design and video concepts to drive engagement. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and optimize content strategies. Organised and able to meet deadlines. Creativity is a must - Able to come up with creative and engaging content and think outside the box.
Travel Requirements:

Must be able to travel to Abu Dhabi at least once a week for shoots and content creation. Must be available to travel to Saudi Arabia when required for events, projects, or content production. Basic Animation (Bonus): Knowledge of motion graphics or video animations is a plus.
Qualifications & Skills

Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop (Illustrator & Premiere Pro). Experience in shooting and editing videos for social media. Strong eye for design, layout, and colour. Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content needs. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience

3+ years of experience in graphic design and video content creation. Experience in health industry is a plus. Familiarity with social media marketing strategies.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
