Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Videographer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, video production, and editing, with the ability to conceptualize and create visually compelling designs and videos. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

• Develop visually appealing graphics for print, web, and social media platforms, including banners, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create on-brand designs for promotional campaigns and events.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all design projects.

Videography

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, events, and social media.
• Handle video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound.
• Create engaging short-form videos, animations, and reels for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Edit videos to include graphics, animations, special effects, and music that align with brand messaging.

Collaboration and Innovation

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm creative ideas.
• Stay updated with design and video trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
• Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in graphic design and videography.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Familiarity with video editing tools like Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D animation is a plus.
• Photography Skills: Ability to handle photo shoots and post-production editing.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in creating marketing materials for educational services or similar industries.
• Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms for visual content optimization.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
