Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design Duties:
• Design and produce creative visual assets, including posters, brochures, banners, logos, and promotional materials.
• Develop designs for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, website graphics, and email templates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.
• Enhance visual storytelling by combining typography, color schemes, and imagery effectively.
• Prepare rough drafts, review feedback, and revise designs based on input from stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in design elements and visual identity across all communication channels.
• Manage and maintain the design assets library.
Video Auditing Duties:
• Review video content to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Audit video materials for audio clarity, color grading, transitions, effects, and overall visual aesthetics.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with video editors to make necessary edits and adjustments.
• Verify compliance with copyright laws and licensing requirements for visual and audio elements.
• Conduct quality control checks to identify and resolve any technical issues before final delivery.
• Analyze engagement metrics and performance to suggest improvements in video content strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Auditor, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing capabilities.
• Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Familiarity with motion graphics is a plus.
