Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Retail Fashion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion and design, with the ability to translate our brand identity and product offerings into compelling visual content for retail platforms. You will play a crucial role in the visual communication of our brand, working across a range of projects including in-store displays, digital media, marketing materials, and social media assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design visually engaging graphics for retail and fashion branding, including window displays, in-store signage, promotional materials, and digital platforms (website, social media, e-commerce).
• Create eye-catching marketing campaigns and advertising materials that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure the design reflects seasonal trends, customer preferences, and the company's brand identity.
• Produce digital content for use on social media platforms, including banners, infographics, and animated designs.
• Develop concepts and layouts for product catalogues, brochures, email marketing campaigns, and other sales materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising, sales, and production to understand design needs and create visual solutions that meet deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, design tools, and retail marketing strategies.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects while ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.
• Ensure all design work is consistent with brand guidelines and adheres to the brand's voice and aesthetic.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, with a focus on retail and fashion-related projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing design requirements.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• A keen interest in fashion trends and an understanding of how to visually communicate style.
