Job Summary: The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing creative visuals to meet client needs, marketing goals, and project requirements. This includes designing graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, packaging, and other materials. The role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency with design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation:
• Develop and execute design concepts for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and objectives.
• Create layouts, typography, color schemes, and images that enhance the overall message and appeal of the project.
• Produce design assets for social media, websites, print publications, emails, and marketing materials.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.
• Provide input and creative direction in brainstorming sessions for new projects.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure design projects adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials.
• Make updates and revisions to existing designs based on feedback and new direction.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) to produce high-quality designs.
• Stay updated on design trends, software tools, and new technologies to continually improve design quality.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Organize files and assets efficiently, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and versatility.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and print production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with web design and user interface (UI) design.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS (for web-related projects).
• Knowledge of 3D design or animation (a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500\.00 - AED3,500\.00 per month
