Storyboarding: Create storyboards and visual scripts to outline the flow of motion and video projects, effectively communicating ideas and guiding the production process. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with creative directors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver high-quality motion and video assets that meet project goals. 6. Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant tools to execute motion and video projects efficiently. 7. Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and visual excellence of all motion and video assets produced, conducting thorough reviews and revisions as needed to meet quality standards. 8. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion graphics and video editing, continually seeking opportunities to enhance skills and expand creative capabilities. Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or related field.
2 years proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics and video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a creative mindset and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
Experience working in a creative agency or production environment is a plus.
Knowledge of 3D animation and illustration software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is desirable but not required.
