Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a passion for real estate and a flair for creativity. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates their design skills and innovative thinking. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website visuals.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and goals.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics.
Ensure all designs adhere to design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Think creatively and develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate our brand message.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
