The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media, as well as working on various 2D and 3D design projects. Knowledge of visual effects is a plus, as you will be working on projects that may require animation and motion graphics. This role demands an individual who can work collaboratively within a team and independently manage projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and create innovative designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, posters, and more. Conceptualize and execute 2D and 3D design projects with high attention to detail. Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to understand design needs and ensure alignment with brand identity and messaging. Utilize knowledge of visual effects to enhance designs and produce engaging visual content. Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time. Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software advancements.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with 3D design software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar is an advantage. Basic knowledge of visual effects and animation software like After Effects or Maya is a plus.

Creative Skills:

Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and a good sense of color, typography, and composition.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle feedback constructively.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Experience:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
