Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for graphic application by cleaning, sanding, and ensuring smooth and even textures.
• Measure, cut, and apply vinyl, decals, wraps, and other graphic materials accurately to surfaces.
• Ensure proper alignment, placement, and quality of applied graphics.
• Use heat guns, squeegees, and other tools to ensure graphics adhere properly and are free of bubbles, wrinkles, or imperfections.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance and address any issues promptly.
• Remove old graphics and prepare surfaces for new applications as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with new materials, tools, and techniques in the industry.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in graphic design or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in graphic application, vinyl wrapping, or related work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Proficiency in using application tools such as squeegees, cutting tools, and heat guns.
• Ability to read and interpret designs, plans, and specifications.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments (indoors, outdoors, and at heights).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
