Job Summary

We are looking for a talented

Graphic and Web Designer

to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for creating visually compelling digital experiences, and the technical skills to bring ideas to life. This role involves designing and developing websites, marketing materials, branding assets, and social media content while ensuring consistency and usability across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and WordPress (or other CMS platforms). Create engaging graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, and print materials. Develop branding elements, including logos, typography, and color schemes. Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure cohesive visual communication. Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices. Stay up to date with design trends, web technologies, and industry best practices. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Graphic and Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design work. Proficiency in design tools such as

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch

. Knowledge of front-end development technologies, including

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

(basic understanding). Experience with

WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify

(or similar CMS platforms). Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively. Excellent time management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points!)

Motion graphics and animation experience (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) is a plus. Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media design. Photography or video editing skills.
