Location DubaiWe\'re recruiting an enthusiastic and hardworking Graduate Valuer with a flexible attitude and variable skill set to work on Residential Valuation instructions based in Dubai and also capable of undertaking research related advisory work. The candidate will be focused with valuations and ideally have chosen the valuation APC route.You will have willingness to learn and understand a new real estate market, responsible to research accurately and present this information in writing to a professional standard, to communicate fully with all stakeholders concerned to ensure that business is managed in an efficient and professional manner and conduct site inspections

• Our potential candidate must be holding University Degree (RICS Accredited)
• Strong verbal and numerical skills and ability to use excel and learn bespoke valuation software.
• Keen enthusiasm for Residential valuation / advisory in particular
• Prefernce will be given to UAE based candidates
