1-Portfolio Management
Brief Overview:
Intern- Portfolio Management is responsible for the daily oversight and management of The company's portfolios and implements our investment across all our investment solutions. In addition to overseeing and enhancing this process, portfolio managers also interact with current and prospective clients.
Overall Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day needs of the Portfolio Management desk and investment staff
Prepare client and Investment Committee materials.
Collect market data.
Participate in the projects developed by the Portfolio Management Department
2-Real Estate Fund
Brief Overview:
The intern will gain deeper insights into real estate market and related investment products. The intern will build basic skills of market research, financial analysis of real estate projects and gain hands-on experience in fund management.
Overall Responsibilities:
analyzing and assessing real estate projects (different sectors: commercial and residential)
participating in structuring deals, including transactions related to real estate funds
preparing various reports for management, clients and other stakeholders
dealing with various stakeholders, including but not limited to service providers/ consultant
3-Intern- Structuring & Private Equity.
Brief Overview:
The intern will gain deeper insights into private businesses and related investment products. The intern will also build basic skills of market research, financial analysis of real estate projects and gain hands-on experience in fund management.
Overall Responsibilities:
analyzing and assessing private equity projects (various industries)
participating in structuring deals, including transactions related to private equity funds
preparing various reports and presentations for management, clients and other stakeholders
dealing with various stakeholders, including but not limited to service providers/ consultant
4-Intern - Operation.
Brief Overview:
The operation's part of organization functioning includes a wide range of tasks to ensure the process of investment and control of the Client's and Company's cash and financial flows. Operations department is responsible for the daily operational procedures, includes all kind of operations, like cash transactions, securities operations and support functions for all Company's solutions. In addition, Operations department responsible for the accounting system developing, accounting and reconciliation process for clean data keeping for the accurate accounting process.
Overall Responsibilities:
Support the basis operation day procedures (Routine operations, rates and prices uploading etc.); Assist in process of new accounts opening;
Support in Providing operational support regarding to Alternatives Fund Management (Real Estate and Private Equity);
Analysis of the legislation changes according to the operations functionality;
Participate in the projects developed by the Operations Department;
Documents workflow controlling functions (according to the procedures);
Support in maintaining an electronic documentation archive
5-Intern- Investment Research
Brief Overview:
Research is section in Portfolio Department. The role of this section is to provide insights on in the fields of trading and investment and give advice about the trends in the market.
Overall Responsibilities:
Support in collecting financial data from various sources including company reports, financial databases, and market research reports.
Support in conducting analysis on financial statements and market trends under supervision.
Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports for client meetings and internal discussion
6-Intern- Compliance & Audit
Brief Overview:
The Compliance and Audit function in the company operates within the bounds of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Moreover, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective compliance framework to mitigate risks and uphold the companys reputation.
Overall Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting compliance audits to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Support the implementation of compliance programs and initiatives across the organization.
Assist Review documents, records, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's / Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic or Mathematics.
Who we are looking for:
Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point
Understanding financial markets and financial instruments
Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong quantitative skills, a passion for investing, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Bloomberg, VBA / Python / R Studio skills will be an advantage
