The Role
• Collaborate with the recruitment and sales team to thoroughly understand the current recruitment process and the sales procedures they have adopted. o Preparing market mappings assigned by respective Consultant o Actively working for the Consultant for sourcing, shortlisting, screening and briefing candidates. o Maintaining trackers to update progress on each role being on across various clients which serves as a personal database. o Updating the records of active candidates on our recruitment database. o Conduct comprehensive company and business, and industry research, integrate findings o Produce reports, presentations, and graphs to showcase the improvements that have been implemented and the results of the research conducted. o Participate in team meetings, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
