Primary Job Purpose:The Graduate Legal Intern will work closely with the legal team to gain practical experience in the legal field and contribute to ongoing legal projects and tasks.Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist legal team members in executing assigned legal tasks and projects.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support legal decision-making processes.
Prepare and present legal reports, presentations, and other deliverables as required.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Support administrative tasks, including legal document review, data entry, filing, and documentation.
Assist in organizing and coordinating departmental events, meetings, or workshops.
Contribute to the development and implementation of legal process improvements.
Stay up to date with industry trends, legal updates, and best practices.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Education & Certificate:
Bachelor\'s or associate degree in law or a related field.
Enrolment in or completion of a graduate-level legal program (J.D., LL.M., or equivalent).
Previous internship or work experience in a legal setting (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
