  • Provide technical support within the discipline team, liaise with the project team, and consult with relevant resources as required.
  • Communicate effectively with the discipline team and project stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships within WorleyParsons, with its clients and other stakeholders.
  • Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance if required.
  • Comply and keep up-to-date with the behaviour and business practices outlined in WorleyParsons Vision, codes, policies, procedures and standards, and with all applicable laws, regulations and standards.
  • Deliver quality services and demonstrate a commitment to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to achieving the OneWay Vision and its associated requirements.
  • Act in the best interests of WorleyParsons at all times.
  • Perform any other duties that are reasonably required from time to time
  • Complete PEC registration within first year on the graduate program.
QualificationsJob Specific Knowledge:
  • Competent at a graduate level in the technical and practical engineering skills in the relevant discipline.
  • In the relevant discipline or field, the ability to learn the applicable local standards and statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Critical information-seeking.
  • Sound problem-solving competencies with the ability to apply these to different scenarios.
Industry Specific Experience:
  • Not required, although evidence of undergraduate industrial work experience would be advantageous.
Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
  • A recognized engineering degree in the relevant discipline from an accredited university, or equivalent, recognized for PEC registration within UAE
