We are seeking a dynamic Graduate Bid Specialist to join our Bid Studio (Major Pursuits Team) in Dubai, playing a pivotal role in crafting winning technical and commercial proposals. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided, opening various opportunities for professional development and mentorship. * Bid Management:
  • Help develop and manage the bid/PQQ/ITT program, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Assist with the execution of bid submission documents, coordinating efforts across technical and support services teams.
  • Bid Strategy and Planning:
  • Facilitate workshops and bid planning meetings, collaborating with key proposal contributors to establish clear win strategies.
  • Work closely with technical teams to develop storyboard content that addresses client needs and offers winning solutions.
  • Quality and Technical Content Management:
  • Manage compliance and conduct reviews of the quality and technical content in proposal documents.
  • Liaise with the commercial bid team to ensure alignment across all submission aspects.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Promote the effective use of AECOMs work-winning processes and tools.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the work-winning process and tools, contributing to continuous enhancement.
  • Research and Data Utilization:
  • Utilize existing internal and external data sources to enhance the quality and relevance of bid submissions.
  • Conduct research to support bid strategies and differentiate AECOM from competitors.
  • Document Management:
  • Manage and maintain all bid documents, ensuring timely distribution to relevant functions for response, review, and signature as per the bid program.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Support answer planning, copywriting, and editing to ensure clear and compelling proposal content.
  • Provide writing guidance for technical writers and coordinate with the creative team for graphics.
  • Prepare and coach team members for presentations during the bid process.
  • Knowledge Sharing:
  • Share knowledge, insights, and lessons learned with the team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the work-winning process and tools.
Qualifications
  • The program is open to individuals who have successfully completed a Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Strategy from an accredited University
  • Please note, only recent graduates or those in their initial twenty-four (24) months of professional experience post-graduation will qualify.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
