Enter invoices and expense reports into the accounting system accurately.
Resolve routine questions and problems, escalating more complex issues to higher levels as needed.
Perform tasks related to imaging and electronic processing of invoices.
Adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to meet the requirements of the position.
Conduct audits on invoices and expense reports to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Review and post Accounts Payable batches to the general ledger.
Perform responsibilities related to reporting and analysis, as required.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited University.
Candidates must be recent graduates, having graduated within the last 24 months or no later than September 2024, to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above.
Previous internships in accounts payable or receivable functions is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written + verbal communication skills in English
