Job Summary

Responsible for the installation and repair of GPS Fleet Tracking Units /Telematics Equipment into customer vehicles of all types.

Responsibilities

• Installations, removals, and transfers of GPS devices in all types of vehicles.
• Installation, removals, transfers, and calibration of telematics sensors in vehicles e.g., Fuel Sensor.
• Troubleshoot any hardware-related issues as raised by customer support agents.
• Liaison with sales team and customer support agent to manage and coordinate implementation.
• Ensuring that the vehicle is in the same condition at the time of handover.
• Manage and ready equipment for implementation.
• Manage and report inventory of devices, tools, and equipment.
• Ensuring the tools and all the company assets are kept in a good working condition and report in case of any damage or loss on any tool or asset.
• Reporting to management upon completion of a task/project and sending a detailed report to a customer support agent on the same day via email.
• Communicating with the customer prior to the visit to ensure the vehicle availability and notifying the customer in case any probability to reach late.
• Any other work-related task that may arise as per the management instructions.

Job Requirements

• Experience in vehicle tracking system installation and sensors installation.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Knowledge of Auto Electric works / Vehicle Electrification.
• Basic Communication skills both verbal & written.
• Strong dedication to customer service and relationship building.
• Ability to deliver the task within the deadlines.
• Ability to remain professional, confident, and patient always.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be able to work effectively and contribute value with limited direction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Required)
