This may involve working with various hardware components, integrating software applications, and ensuring proper connectivity at Server platform with required functionalities. System Maintenance and Upgrades: Conducting regular maintenance activities, including software updates, firmware upgrades, and system diagnostics. Monitoring the performance and functionality of telematics systems to identify and resolve any issues that may arise. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing telematics data to drive meaningful insights and generate reports for customers or internal stakeholders. This may involve identifying trends, optimizing fleet or vehicle performance, and providing recommendations based on data analysis. Training and Documentation: Conducting training sessions or workshops to educate customers or colleagues on the use and functionalities of telematics systems. Developing technical documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals to assist users in navigating the systems effectively. Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and project management, to provide technical insights and support during product development, implementation, and customization. Customer Support: Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance to customers who use telematics systems or devices. This may involve resolving hardware or software issues, troubleshooting connectivity problems, and addressing customer inquiries.
