Job Title: General Practitioner (GP) - ICU

Location: Sharjah

Salary: AED 16,000 per month

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Practitioner (GP) with experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings to join our healthcare team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality patient care in a critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, implementing necessary interventions and adjustments to care plans.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

- Perform medical procedures as required, ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols.

- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment options, care plans, and progress.

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care activities and observations.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of ICU protocols and guidelines.

- Stay current with advancements in critical care medicine and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid medical license in the UAE.

- Minimum of [6-7 years] experience in an ICU setting.

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
