We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practitioner (GP) specializing in Functional Medicine to join our team at Sunny Wellness and Medical Centre. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of illness through a patient-centered, holistic approach that combines conventional and integrative therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient consultations, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on functional medicine principles, incorporating nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and conventional medical treatments.
• Order and interpret advanced laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging to identify underlying health issues.
• Educate patients on the principles of functional medicine, including the importance of diet, exercise, and stress management.
• Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, integrative care.
• Stay updated with the latest research and developments in functional medicine.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license MOH/DHA to practice as a GP in the UAE.
• Certification or training in functional medicine from recognized institutions such as the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, with a focus on functional medicine preferred.t
