Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical care to patients in their homes, offering a personalized healthcare experience that supports their recovery and well-being. This role requires a compassionate approach, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work independently in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits to provide comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Perform routine check-ups, health assessments, and monitor patients' progress.
• Prescribe medication and provide guidance on medication management, lifestyle changes, and health maintenance.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of health information.
• Stay informed on the latest medical treatments and practices to provide high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from a recognized institution and a valid practicing license.
• Proven experience as a General Practitioner, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and proficiency in managing a wide range of health conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and make sound clinical decisions.
