: GP Dentist / General Dentist with Expertise in Veneers

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic GP Dentist/General Dentist with a proven track record in delivering exceptional veneer treatments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic dentistry, a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with veneers, and a passion for showcasing their work on social media. This role requires someone who is confident, presentable, and capable of building patient trust while meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Veneer Expertise: Perform high-quality veneer procedures, ensuring patient satisfaction and adherence to the highest standards of aesthetic dentistry.
• Patient Consultation: Educate and guide patients about veneer treatments, helping them make informed decisions based on their needs and expectations.
• Social Media Engagement: Actively manage and contribute to social media platforms by showcasing compelling before-and-after cases, engaging with followers, and promoting services to attract new clients.
• Revenue Generation: Consistently meet and exceed revenue and treatment targets by delivering excellent patient outcomes and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Professional Image: Represent the clinic professionally on social media and in-person consultations, projecting confidence and building the clinic's reputation as a premium provider of dental services.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in veneer technology and techniques, ensuring the clinic remains at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent, with valid licensing to practice in the UAE.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performing veneers with a portfolio of successful cases.
• Proven track record in using social media platforms for professional purposes, showcasing dental work, and engaging with potential clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
• Results-driven and target-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to contribute to revenue growth.
• Presentable, confident, and articulate, with a professional demeanor both online and offline.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 16 per week

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dermatologist in UAE: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• MOH License (Preferred)
