About the opportunity

  • Coordinating and maintaining a record of any matter or accident at the Ministry of Interior (police) related to drivers and attending on behalf of the company.
  • Correspondence on the investigation conducted by the Ministry of Interior when inquiring about 3PL's drivers and customers information.
  • Maintain records of new or renewed official documents for the company trade license, chamber of commerce, CR, import license, and municipality license. And the issuance of health certificates for all staff required to hold the same.
  • Maintain records and coordinate the issuance of new branch licenses and CRs for new locations, obtaining all necessary approvals, licenses, and training, such as but not limited to those of municipalities, civil defense fire dept, ... etc.
  • Handling the customer complaints filed at the Consumer Protection Authority, attending before the authority to discuss and provide the needed support to close the complaint amicably.
  • Coordinate with the team regarding attesting contracts before the Ministry of Justice whenever it is required.
  • Coordinate with the team regarding company documents, public notaries, issuing POAs, board resolutions, and corporate-related work.
  • Coordinate with the team regarding the sponsor or authorized signatories to attend before the authorities whenever it is required.
  • Attesting documents before the ministries and embassies whenever required. And delivering any correspondence to authorities or companies.
  • Update the legal department on any governmental procedural changes, whenever applicable.
  • Handling the filling of the company's original documents and keeping them updated.

What you need to be successful

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
