Job Description
- Liase with government authorities like Dubai Land Department to ensure compliance with regulation and legal requirements
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise on their impact on real estate development projects.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentations to government authorities.
- Develop and execute public affairs strategies to enhance the company\'s reputation.
- Conduct public opinion research related to real estate development trends and issues; analyze and report on policy changes and political developments
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

- Open to Arabic Nationalities
- 40 years and old below
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in government relations within real estate development industry.
- Must have an in-depth understanding of UAE Government structures, real estate regulations and local and federal government processes
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
