• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
• Proven track record of successful ad campaigns and SEO improvements.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:Google and Meta Ads Management

• Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and ad copy creation to drive high-quality traffic.
• Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and performance.

SEO Strategy and Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Perform ongoing keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and URLs.

Content and Analytics

• Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to the marketing team.
• Use data-driven insights to inform and refine digital marketing strategies.
