Google Ads Specialist

Location - Al Asayel St, Downtown, Dubai .

Responsibilities:

? Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to achieve marketing goals and objectives.

? Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to maximize campaign performance.

? Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.

? Manage and adjust bidding strategies to ensure efficient use of budget and optimal ROI.

? Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads strategies with overall marketing plans.

? Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.

? Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives and strategies.

? Manage and optimize landing pages to improve Quality Score and conversion rates.

? Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ad campaigns promptly.

Requirements:

? Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.

? Proven track record of successful Google Ads campaign management.

? Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.

? Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

? Proficiency in keyword research and bid management.

? Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

? Certification in Google Ads is required.

? Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
