Golf Operations Supervisor
Job Description
• Monitor the effectiveness of the operational procedures.
• Engage in goal-setting and strategic planning for a range of corporate operations, such as customer service.
• Examine customer demands and corporate requirements.
• Investigate ways to save expenses and enhance operations.
• Track and document departmental performance.
• Oversee and instruct staff members
• Offer assistance with administration (e.g. updating inventory)
• Verify adherence to corporate regulations and rules.
• Team Leader experiences is a must
• At least 5 years Golf Club Experience
• Knowledgeable with conducting Golf Tournaments
Work Location: Al Dhannah Golf Club, Al Ruwais, Abu Dhabi
