Golf Club Operation Manager
Job Description
As the Golf Club Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our golf club's operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining golf course quality, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the golf club, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
• Oversee golf course maintenance and ensure course quality meets or exceeds expectations
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase club membership
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the club
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in golf club management or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of golf club operations and industry trends
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
