We are seeking a skilled and experienced GLS Tank Installation Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of GLS tanks at client sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GLS tank installation, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of installers and contractors during GLS tank installation projects. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and materials to ensure timely and successful installations. Conduct pre-installation site inspections and assessments to identify potential challenges and develop solutions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Train and mentor installation team members on GLS tank installation best practices. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to address any issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification is a plus. Proven experience in GLS tank installation, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of GLS tank construction techniques, materials, and equipment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
