Job Title: Global Visa & Ticketing Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Global Visa & Ticketing Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. You will play a crucial role in providing expert visa processing and ticketing services to our diverse clientele, ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences. Proficiency in UAE tourist visas and ticketing is essential.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end visa application processes for various countries, including document preparation and submission. Provide accurate and current information on visa requirements, fees, and processing timelines. Thoroughly review client documentation to ensure compliance with embassy and consulate regulations. Act as a liaison with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers, resolving any issues promptly. Handle complex visa cases (business, tourist, student, work) with expertise and efficiency. Manage and process flight ticket bookings. Deal with flight changes and cancellations. Process and manage UAE tourist visa applications. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of visa applications and ticketing, ensuring timely follow-ups. Collaborate with travel consultants to provide comprehensive travel solutions. Stay up to date with evolving global visa policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in global visa processing and ticketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to deal with ticketing-related works Proficiency in relevant software and systems like Ninth Ware and GDS.

Pay: AED2,600.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
