Full job description We are a tourism agency based in Deira-Dubai, looking for a Global Visa Consultant with Minimum 2 Years UAE experience, we will provide a salary + commission.
- In depth knowledge about global visas (USA, Canada, UK, Schengen and other countries that required the visa).
- Making calls with the leads provided and meet the customers in the office and explain the suitable immigration programs and signing them up.
- Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
- Must prepare all fee quotes / documentation work and any information required by clients, or authorities and sign them up.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and regulations of different countries.
- Ensures all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company\'s processes and procedures.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.
- Maintain records of all bookings and payments, prepare invoices, and follow up with customers as required.
- Keep updated with company procedures and processes.
- Share customer feedback with relevant departments for further improvements.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
